I have worked in customer service in a large company for over 30 years, during which time I had 4 children, and trained to be a fitness instructor. I have qualifications to teach a variety of fitness classes, as well as PT, Event Services specific training endorsed by City & Guilds and most recently, the ILM endorsed Wellbeing Coaching Programme.
Latterly as my boys have grown older and my passion in health and fitness has taken over my life (in a great way!!) I took the decision to leave the corporate world and concentrate on what makes me happy. My mission is to encourage, motivate, inspire and show people how easy it is to make small lifestyle changes to help counteract the tough times.
